We currently ship across most major cities in India. If your address is outside our serviceable area, our team will contact you. In rare cases, orders may be canceled if delivery is not possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing begins only after your payment has been confirmed.

  • You can also track your order directly from our website under the “Track Order” section.
  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If prepaid duties/taxes are charged by us, they will follow the regulations of the delivery country.
  1. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
